  SEEMS LIKE NO ONE IN THIS FACILITY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT HOW LONG IT TAKES TO UNLOAD A TRUCK HERE. Had a 9:00am appointment and it is now 12:00pm and pleaded for an answer as to how long before my trailer would be unloaded and was told to wait in the truck. Maybe someone with authority might take the time to realize that no one actually does their job in this place.
