  I own a home for vacation rentals ,end of season I had them fill up the tank, paid the bill of $200.00. Closed the house for the winter open it back up this spring went to use the dryer and had no gas. I called suburban propane they came to leak test, everything was fine so where did my full tank of propane go? My neighbor! They filled the wrong tank and I paid for it. Did I get any reimbursements hell no! Now here's the kicker I have one of there tanks at our boat house and they were suppose to pick that one up this spring well they finally came( late summer)and they took the tank from the house ,not the boat house I have renters using the home now they have no gas. What a nightmare this company has caused me.
